Customer Service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after the sale. Precision.BI would like to extend our customer service to all levels. It is the goal of Precision.BI to provide customer services designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction and ensure that customer expectations have been met.

To help achieve this goal, Precision.BI has established an Account Manager role whose primary functions are to maintain a close relationship with individual business representatives to promote the services Precision.BI can offer, to ensure Precision.BI is satisfying the business needs of the customer and to explore new services that Precision.BI might be able to offer.

During the first quarter of 2010, we will be contacting our existing clients and informing them of their assigned Account Manager. We would like to establish a meeting after the initial contact to set up a “meet- and- greet” at your convenience.
