Terry Leahy
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer Terry has led and scaled multiple technology organizations through every stage including Modus (MLNK:Nasdaq) which was a global supply chain services provider for large hardware and software companies and CallMiner which is a market leader in the Voice Data Analytics space. His experience in the technology enabled Business Process Outsourcing space spans 3 decades and his hallmark is driving transformation by leveraging people and process to achieve relentless innovation.


Al Lechner
Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer Al is responsible for revenue growth within Meridian Medical Management, which includes Origin Healthcare Solutions, PrecisionBI, VertexDr, and Meridian RCM. As a servant leader whose entire career has been devoted to healthcare, Al measures success around three pillars: sales leadership, operational excellence, and customer service. His diverse skill set with RCM-Automation, Analytics, and EHR Software with companies like Rennova Health, GE Healthcare-IT, and Quest Diagnostics over three decades, aids in the understanding of your business needs and how to help you improve both clinical and financial outcomes.


Claudia Maiorana

Sr. VP, Customer Success

Claudia is a results-driven senior healthcare executive with over 30 years in healthcare revenue cycle and customer success. Claudia has focused on implementing best practice revenue cycle methodologies to optimize revenue cycle technology, improve revenue cycle processes and procedures, change culture to metrics and monitoring and to provide a sustainable revenue cycle solution enabling customers to achieve breakthrough financial performance. Claudia has deep experience and knowledge in the physician practice and academic medical center settings where she has managed large teams over multiple geographies with exceptional ability to promote collaboration between groups while achieving goals in fast paced environments. Customer Success is her passion.


David Kralic
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Dave is responsible for overseeing Meridian’s financial functions, including accounting, financial forecasting and budgeting, and treasury. Dave has over 25 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, including Finance Director at The Riverside Company, and CFO for Gerber Technology, Transtar Industries, and Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. Dave has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA, both from The Ohio State University.


David Jones
Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, David is responsible for all aspects of Information technology, information security, data and analytics, and the technology direction and strategy for Meridian and its subsidiaries. David’s responsibilities include providing communications, computing, and security infrastructure that enables Meridian’s internal business operations as well as a variety of hosting and market-leading applications and services for Meridian customers. Prior to joining Meridian, David spent 25 years in senior leadership information technology roles. David holds a BS in Management from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from University of Phoenix.



Alan Paperny

EVP & General Counsel

Alan is an accomplished general counsel with leadership experience at both publicly traded and privately held organizations. He brings over 25 years of legal experience to Meridian, including advising boards, executive officers and senior management teams on mitigating business risk, re-shaping corporate infrastructures, directing commercial transactions, governance and board leadership and compliance management. Before joining Meridian, Alan served as SVP and General Counsel of Target Hospitality Corp., where he helped lead the organization through multiple transactions before taking the company public in 2019 (TH:Nasdaq). Prior to Target, he served as General Counsel of Aggregate Industries US and Permasteelisa North America Corp. As Meridian’s General Counsel, Alan is responsible for all legal matters affecting the company, along with accountability for the compliance and HR functions. Alan holds a B.A. from Colby College and J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Kaiser Ahmad
Vice President Product Management

Kaiser brings 15 years of process and strategic delivery experience to PrecisionBI from his time spent at Fortune 50 and Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to his position at PrecisionBI, Kaiser managed system development and business operations requirements for multiple client facing business units – including Sales, Operations, Service, and Finance. Kaiser also successfully managed engineering teams and operational processes for almost $3 billion of delivery systems.

His current leadership focus is set on operational efficiency, engineering standards, and process development with the primary goals of keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. Kaiser’s strategic objectives are to create predictable models for our clients in relation to product schedules and client delivery milestones.

Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University, as well as certifications for Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, CompTIA Network+, and other certifications.


Maryann LaMarche
Director – Solutions Management

Maryann brings 30 years of revenue cycle analysis and business intelligence solution development experience to PrecisionBI. From financial and marketing analysis for Vermont’s largest academic medical center and Hartford Healthcare to business intelligence solution development for IDX Systems Corporation/GE Healthcare, Maryann understands the unique challenges associated with healthcare data. At PrecisionBI, Maryann’s focus is the development of new solutions, as well as the related implementation and education processes.
